The student of the week honored at The Rotary Club of Carson City is Abby. Abby is an excellent student with a weighted GPA of 4.59 as she takes Honors and Advance Placement courses. She has been selected into the National Honor Society for three years. She was the class Vice President last year, and serves as the class President this year. Abby served as baseball manager for two years, and is currently a member of the Carson High School Rotary Interact club. In her free time she volunteers with Building Homes Foundation and the Empty Bowls program for those in need. She also finds time to visit Senior living communities. Abby will attend LSU with a full tuition scholarship next year. Congratulations Abby!
